Now, her latest recipe has Bachelor fans drooling over a sweet and savory treat that’s perfect for a spring or summer meet-up.
Jillian took to social media to share her recipe for Vegetable Baked Strawberry Bruschetta, along with a video of her assembling the dish, writing, “Four words…. Vegan Baked Strawberry Bruschetta! If you love sweet and savory, this app is for you!” It’s very easy to cause and it’s a crowd pleaser; be sure to save this recipe for your next little get-together!”
The video quickly garnered hundreds of thousands of views, and fans can’t get enough of this delicious dish.
For this dish, you’ll only need a few ingredients—one bowl of strawberries, vegan goat cheese, olive oil, your favorite bread, fresh basil, coarse salt, and a balsamic glaze.

- Wash and cut a bowl of strawberries and place them in an oven-safe dish.
- Add one bowl of vegan goat cheese to the middle of the plate; Gillian uses Black Sheep Voursin.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the strawberries and vegan cheese.
- Cut a handful of fresh basil.
- Toast your favorite bread and cut it into slices.
- Bake strawberries and vegan cheese in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove baking dish from oven, stir, and top with balsamic drizzle, chopped fresh basil and coarse salt.
- Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread slices and enjoy!
