I’m using Ladyfingers, which is a popular ingredient in tiramisu. I recommend choosing the high-quality ones because they are the basis of the cake.

Everyone loves a big slice of casserole, but splitting the pudding in advance allows your guests to serve themselves, plus you get better control over the presentation.

You can use stemless or stemless wine glasses, goblets, or small mason jars.

Ingredients:

  • 3.4 ounce package of Banana and Candy Mix
  • 2 cups milk or alternative
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3 little green bananas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (plus a pinch of salt for garnish)
  • Lady Fingers 7 ounce package

directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the banana pudding mixture with the milk or substitute until completely combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the mascarpone cheese and 4 tablespoons of the pudding mixture. Break them up with a paddle attachment or hand mixer and blend any lumps until smooth and creamy. Add this to the pudding bowl and mix. The mixture should thicken slightly while sitting.
  3. Place sliced ​​or halved bananas face down in a dry skillet over medium-high heat. The bottoms should start turning brown after a few minutes.
  4. Turn the heat to medium. Cut the butter into pieces and distribute them around the pan. Let the butter melt completely, then sprinkle brown sugar over it.
