Founded by Summer and Hope (the restaurant’s name is a combination of the two names), SUPE Vegan is an excellent Japanese vegetarian restaurant that offers a creative menu of sushi, ramen, appetizers, and more. Advocating for healthy and clean eating, and not using mock meat in dishes.
