Chef Danny Mina brings a new twist to Mexican food in Richmond

RICHMOND, VA – Chef Danny Mina and Beverage Director Lauren Spain recently opened Conejo’s newest restaurant at Big Kitchen Hospitality in Richmond, VA.

Mina has cooked at some of the big name restaurants in New York City and opened two of his own (Hecho en Dumbo and La Loncheria) before being chosen to lead Conejo Kitchen.
