  1. Farali Bates

Required components

  • 4 sweet potatoes (boiled and grated)
  • Half a cup of coconut (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon cashews (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon groundnut (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • frying oil


  • Take a bowl and mix the coconut, sugar, cashews, peanuts, green chilli paste, ginger, salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander together.
  • Take another bowl and mix the potatoes and salt together.
  • Start making small, round dumplings from the potato mixture and fill them with the filling from the first bowl.
  • Fry until crispy
  • Serve hot with a side green sauce.

Required components

  • 1 cup dahi
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder


  • Take a cloth strainer and drain the excess water from the Dahi.
  • Take a bowl, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
  • Put it in the fridge for two hours and serve it chilled.

  • 1 bottle pumpkin (grated)
  • chopped coriander
  • 3-4 green peppers (finely chopped)
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon dal dal
  • 1 teaspoon Chana Dal
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste
  • 100 gm rice flour
  • 100 grams of yellow mung dal flour


  • Take a large bowl and add the milk to it. Mix salt, soda, rice and dal flour and set aside for 6-7 hours.
  • Now, take a frying pan and heat the oil in it. Let the chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds and mustard seeds scatter and pour into the mixture.
  • Mix well and cook in a preheated oven at 280°C for 10 minutes.
  • Cut it into slices and serve.

Required components

  • 250 grams of basan
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon paste
  • ¼ teaspoon haldi
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt to taste
  • frying oil
  • Water


  • Take a bowl and add the besan, soda, ajwain, haldi and salt together. Add water and knead the dough.
  • Now, grease the surface and spread the dough on it.
