Gut-friendly Golden Milk Smoothie Recipe

1 serving is enough


1 banana
1 sweet potato, steamed and peeled
2-3 pitted dates
1-3 tablespoons oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tsp prebiotic fiber
1 probiotic capsule, opened
1-3 teaspoons ground turmeric
A dash of black pepper
1 teaspoon tea spices
1 scoop of protein powder
1 cup coconut milk
1 dried orange slice, for garnish (optional)

1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender. until a smooth mixture. Serve and garnish with a slice of dried orange.
