1. Chat bread with fermented chili cheese
Ingredients:
– 1 pack of Bakers Chili Cheese Dough
– 1 cup of besan
– 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
Salt to taste
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 teaspoons oil
– 1 tomato
– 1 onion
– 1 boiled potato

Cut the fermented dough with hot cheese into large pieces
In a bowl, add 1 cup Besan, 1 teaspoon red pepper paste, salt, and 1/2 cup water, and mix well until mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Dip the bread slices into the mixture
Add the oil to the pan, carefully place the covered piece of bread, and fry it well on both sides
– Put them separately on a plate, and put a thin layer of tomatoes, onions and potatoes on them.
– Finally, top it with imli sauce, green ketchup, and sev!
2. Crispy pieces of sourdough, cheese and chili
Ingredients:
– 1 package of spicy cheese dough
– Half a cup of oil
– 1 garlic clove
– 3 hot peppers
Small bowl of green onions (chopped)
– 2 teaspoons ketchup
– 1 teaspoon Schezwan Willow
– 1 capsicum
– 1 onion
– Sesame seeds
method:
Cut the leavened dough into small cubes.
– In a frying pan, add 2 teaspoons of oil and cut the bread and toast until it turns brown
– Set it aside and let it cool down
– In the same skillet, add 2 tsp oil, minced garlic, minced green pepper, green onion, 2 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp Schezwan sauce, pepper, onion, and mix well.
– Add the croutons to the mixture and mix well and finally sprinkle some sesame seeds for the final touch!
3. Chocolate muffins with whole wheat loaf
Ingredients:
– 1 pack of Bakers Dozen Whole Wheat Loaf
– 1 block of dark chocolate
– Half a cup of oil
– 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
method:
Finely chop the dark chocolate bricks
– Take a slice of whole wheat bread and put the chocolate pieces on it and cover it with another slice.
– Cut the stuffed bread into a round shape with the help of a round bowl to form a dumpling
In a frying pan, add half a cup of oil and fry the dumplings until golden brown
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
4. Raji bread rolls
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
– 1 capsicum
– 1 carrot
– 1 block of cheese
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– 1 teaspoon chili flakes
– 1/2 cup of oil
Salt to taste

In a bowl, add 12 cups of boiled potatoes, chopped capsicum, shredded carrots, and shredded cheese.
Add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and a pinch of salt and mix well
Take one slice of the ragi loaf, cut off the edges and flatten the bread to make it a little fluffy.
Fill the bread with the vegetable mixture and roll it into rolls and press the sides to seal
– Now in a frying pan, add some oil, fry the rolls and put them with mint sauce.
